The village has various buildings of historical significance, including the unique 1850 two-story Gutherie Octagon House. At Maybury State Park’s working farm at 49601 Eight Mile Road in Northville, you can watch farmhands shear sheep, and harvest grain like farmers did it way back between 1900 and 1930.
